So the last installment of Bernie's Tiny Universe is here, this one is all about animals, yeah sure bugs are animals, but for our purposes here I will refer to anything with a backbone as an animal, and things with exoskeleton support or no support as a bug or other type of invertebrate.
The thing with animals is that you typically don't get that close to them, they are either scampering, swimming or flying away from you so it is usually hard to take good close up pictures of your subject. Thanks to my brother, Jason and my Brazilian brother, Jr. for their help wrangling some of the fish you see here.
So enjoy the photos, some are friendly like my friend Bob, the pygmy marmoset, and some not so friendly , like the water moccasin. I hope you can see the world through my eyes and you bring something positive out of your time visiting my "Tiny Universe"
Cheers to all, and remember , Its not the destination, but the journey that makes life special!!

ReplyDeleteThat is Bob,he was the coolest animal I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Pygmy Marmosets have the personality of a monkey ,and are so small that they can sleep in your hair under your hat. Bob will always hold a special place in my heart, you'll have to come to the Amazon some time to meet his relatives :)
